Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA)

The CSEA provides Title IV-D child support enforcement services for the children and families of Standing Rock. Title IV-D services include: location of absent parents; establishment of paternity; DNA genetic testing; establishment of child support obligations; enforcement of support obligations; order modifications; and intergovernmental case processing. Our mission is to promote the well-being of all children by advocating and enforcing parental responsibility and obligations within the jurisdiction of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
